Sustainable Seafood Dinner with Matt Golinski & Alberto Vitassovich
We are thrilled to be hosting another Four Hands event. Come and join us for an amazing dinner bringing together two of the most exciting chefs on the Sunshine Coast. Our very own Alberto Vitassovich from Lucio’s Marina and local legend Matt Golinski. With the help of the Fish Girl we’ve designed a menu showcasing some of Australia’s best sustainable seafood.
This is a not to be missed seafood extravaganza!
The pair have collaborated on a five course sustainably sourced seafood menu featuring: scallops, scampi & scampi caviar, (amazing) razor back prawns, jade tiger abalone, local barramundi & giant skull island prawns.
